Passion4Health offer remedial massage and lymphatic drainage from our Brown's Plains clinic. Techniques utilised include:

  • Trigger point and neuro muscular techniques;
  • Active stretching;
  • Deep tissue and cross fiber mobilisations;
  • Chinese Acupressure and Cupping.

Lymphatic drainage is a form of massage used to assist in detoxification of the body. Where massage normally works on the muscular system, lymphatic drainage works on the lymph system to improve the movement of fluid.
